---|---|
Description of item | Since introducing his "Classic & Modern" jewelry to the Japanese jewelry world, jewelry artist Mitsuo Kaji has been highly praised for his unique worldview. His rare talent is widely known as a GIA gemologist, antique researcher, and leading enamel collector. What we would like to introduce this time is a ring made using enamel (cloisonné) from H. Cheron. CHERON is the name of a workshop in Limoges, France, founded in 1954. The handmade miniature cloisonné ware, which has been handed down for generations, is made by repeatedly painting, drying, and baking copper plates, which takes a lot of time and effort, and is said to be water-resistant and will not deteriorate. In Kaji's hands, Sharon's enamel is transformed into an even more beautiful piece of jewelry. The beautiful gold lines and the caliber-cut emerald and sapphire, which are rare even among Kaji's works, further accentuate the antique feel. Square cut pieces are rare, but the gap-free caliber with the square cut buff top is a design not seen on the market, so we can safely say that this is a rare item. The antique feel of the product gives you a sense of the history of the workshop, which has been in operation for over 60 years, and at the same time, you can't help but feel the dignity of the masterpiece. Please enjoy this luxurious product, which has been made with the utmost attention to both quality and design. |
